This agent does ALL the work and we send you your referral check when the transaction closes. Simply, being part of RealtyReferrals.biz allows you to still earn real estate income from your clients, friends and acquaintances without any of the anxiety.

Little Work Required: You only have to get the basic referral contact information from the client and submit it to us. We do the rest! The real estate referral fee ranges from 20% to 35% of the commission earned by the full service Broker (on the referred portion Buyer or Seller), but is negotiable. You will make 70% on your first referral and 80% on all subsequent referrals of all referral income received by RealtyReferrals.biz, a licensed real estate broker!
For example, on your first referral...consider a $200,000 sales price at 3% commission will generate $6,000. A typical referral commission is 30% of the referred portion or $1800. You, the RealtyReferrals.biz associate will be paid $1260, 70% of the referral amount generated by the referral. Your referral fee is processed within 2 business days of RealtyReferrals.biz receiving the closing paperwork and referral fee.
As a RealtyReferrals.biz referral agent you agree you will no longer act as a sales agent in a production capacity. RealtyReferrals.biz functions only as a real estate referral network and you don't have to pay any real estate board dues, multiple listing service dues, office fees or any other miscellaneous expenses that are part of being a full-time real estate agent. There is a small annual fee of $50.00 to RealtyReferrals.biz to maintain your records plus the costs you will have to keep your license in good standing with the Florida Real Estate Commission.
Affiliation with RealtyReferrals.biz keeps your license active so you can be paid a real estate referrals fee. If you subsequently decide to go into real estate sales full time, all you need to do is transfer your license.
