About Us and Real Estate Referrals

RealtyReferrals.biz was started in 2003 as a real estate services company. Its goal is to fill the need for licensed associates to earn a referral fee for real estate referrals and receive real estate referral commissions for their existing contacts and clients through a realtor referral fee company without the cost of maintaining MLS and Association membership.

We are not associated with the national, state or local Associations of REALTORS®, there are no REALTOR® Association and multiple listing service fees. You also do not have to pay for errors and omissions insurance. You pay only a small annual record keeping fee ($50.00) to RealtyReferrals.biz plus the costs to keep your license in good standing with the Florida Real Estate Commission. 

       About the Broker:

Gene has been involved in real estate activities for the past 35 years. Prior to relocating to Florida in 1980, he was associated with a land developer in Omaha, Nebraska. Initially employed in Florida as a property manager for a new development, he launched a career in Florida real estate sales in 1984 and has successfully sold and managed real estate for independent and corporate companies since that time.  Licensed as a Real Estate Broker 1984, Gene obtained a Florida Notary commission in 1989, was licensed as a Title Agent in 2008 and licensed as a Mortgage Broker in 2009.  Currently he is multiple-licensed and maintains a full-service brokerage, Automated Real Estate Management, a member of the Mid Florida Regional MLS.
